About Vista Meadows Ranch

We’re Janice and Kelly, and we’re building Vista Meadows Ranch one piece at a time. Fields, gardens, animals, gathering spaces, and eventually the traditions that will make the ranch feel lived in.

Kelly grew up on a farm in central Pennsylvania, so working with land, animals, and building things has always been familiar to him. He’s also an avid outdoorsman and loves experiencing all that the backcountry has to offer on horseback.

Janice brings a different side to the ranch. She’s passionate about the garden, creating beautiful spaces, and finding ways to make practical things feel thoughtful and elevated. She sees the ranch as a place where utility and beauty don’t have to compete—where a working garden can also be beautiful, a meal can tell a story, and the details can make an everyday experience feel special.

Together, that mix is shaping Vista Meadows Ranch.

We believe the best hospitality comes from something genuine already happening around you. We’re not setting out to build something fast. We are building something real. It will be a learning of seasons. For us, this ranch is about building something that feels grounded in useful skills and real life, while still leaving room for beauty and creativity.
